Can I reserve an individual room?
The Allison House Inn is available as a whole house rental only.

How close are you to downtown Nashville?
The main shopping area begins across the street from us, so you’re literally just steps away!

Where do I park?
We have 5 parking spots reserved behind the house, for guests only. This comes in handy when it’s busy season in Nashville!

What are the bed sizes?
Our main floor includes a king suite, as well as a room with 3 twin beds.
Upstairs, you’ll find the following: a room with 2 twins, 3 rooms with queens and 1 room with a king.

Is the house child friendly?
Absolutely! While it’s not technically child-proofed, we welcome children of all ages. There is a high chair in the house, and we are happy to provide a pack and play if needed.

What is your cancellation policy?
We hope you don’t have to cancel, but if you do your deposit will be refunded if you cancel more than 30 days out. Cancellations less than 30 days are non-refundable. A $100 fee will be charged for cancellations, to cover credit card fees.

What is the coffee situation?
There is a classic drip coffee maker in the kitchen. Coffee beans and filters are provided, but if you have something special you like to drink, be sure to bring it along!

Can I bring my dog?
While we are dog lovers, we do not allow pets at The Allison House Inn.

There are so many cool games on the shelves at TAH - where do you shop?
If you haven’t visited The Toy Chest in downtown Nashville, get yourself on over there! Hilary, one of the owners of The Allison House Inn, owns Indiana’s oldest independent toy store, and you can walk there from TAH! It’s filled with amazing toys and games for kids (and adults!) of all ages.

What is there to do in the area?
Nashville, Indiana, is home to a historic artist colony, so you’ll find plenty of local art in town. In addition, the downtown has live entertainment, restaurants and lots of shopping. You’ll also find that nature abounds - Brown County State Park is close by, as is Yellowwood State Forest and Morgan-Monroe State Forest. There are plenty of places for hiking, biking, trail riding and paddle boarding.
